This kit is of a works wagon. Although this isn’t an exact match for the works cars for any particular town, there were several similar works cars in use across the country which could be produced using this kit as a starter, including the Newcastle sand and salt cars (167-169), Halifax wagons 2 & 3 and Dublin 68 and 76.
